Please get your orders in the week prior to Christmas. We will have limited deliveries or no
deliveries 3 of the 5 days of Christmas week. In addition, we will not be making deliveries
on New Year's Day - January 1st.

Bring the family, bring the kids and bring your canine companion, bring everyone for a festive fall day at Crowder District Park. Lots to do – Dog Obstacle Course, Fly-Ball Demonstration, Pet Pictures, Free Nail Trimming, Information about Pet Services and Adoption Opportunities, Games, Giveaways, Dog Treats, and much more. This is a FREE event co-sponsored by the K-9 Circle and Crowder District Park.
If you do not have a dog and are thinking about getting one come by and look into adoption from area animal rescue groups!
August 4th
You may notice your dog food kibble has changed slightly in color. Not to worry...You received
the correct blend. We are now delivering the improved dog food blends I told you about in June.
We have added Glucosamine to many of our blends to ensure your dog's joints stay healthy.
Also, with the great success of our Holistic line of foods, we decided to add some of the
ingredients that make them so great to our Super Premium line. Specifically, we have added
Probiotics, Prebiotics and Digestive Enzymes. Probiotics acting synergistically with Prebiotics
and Digestive Enzymes will reduce gas, aid digestion, improve nutrient absorption, eliminate toxic
substances, drive out killer pathogens like E. coli and restore friendly bacteria after antibiotic use.
Your pet’s health is of great importance to us and we will continue to do everything we can to

September is Nutrition Review Month for The Pet Pantry. We would like to talk with
you about the blends you are feeding your loved ones to make sure that they are on the
best blend for their age and health. Please let us know if anything has changed with
your pets so that we can review your nutrition options with you.

Great News...we are working on making our food blends even more nutritious for your
loved ones. I should have more information for you in a few weeks, what I can tell you
is that the best food available today is getting even better!!!

Since March, when we began our new referral program, we have given over 3,000 lbs.
of dog food for customer referrals. Thank you for spreading the word about The Pet
Pantry. I hope you have enjoyed getting free food and let me know if you have any ideas
that you would like for us to implement.
NEWS - March 19th
Most of you have heard about the horrible situation with many pet foods today. Rest
assured that there are NOT any issues with any of The Pet Pantry foods. We do all we
can to make sure that our customers have the safest, most nutritious foods available. We
start with all human-grade ingredients which are tested before they are allowed into
production and we continuing testing throughout production to make sure that this
could not happen to your pet! If you have any questions please feel free to call me
anytime.
UPDATE… January 17th
We have been open just over a year and I want to thank each and every one of you for making our first year a big success. I really appreciate all of your business. Below are some important updates on what we are doing to continue to earn your business.
Website… If you are reading this you obviously know about our new website, wwwFeedYourPetscom. It has been months in the making but I am really proud of how it turned out. There are still some bugs we are working out and more features that will be added, but please check it out. You will be able to reorder on the site and find information about all of the products and services we offer.
Testimonials… I would appreciate it if you would take the time to add a testimonial to our website. Please click on the testimonial tab and then ‘add testimonial’ and let us know what you think. If you have a picture of your pets, please post it with your testimonial.
Referrals… Thank you to everyone who has referred a friend or family member over the last year. More than 15% of our new customers come from referrals. We have improved the referral reward program. You can find all of the details on this website. Click the ‘more’ tab, and select ‘Referrals’. With this program you will receive up to 25 lbs. of your pet’s favorite food for every person you refer who becomes a customer. Please keep the referrals coming!
Food Upgrades… In an effort to continue to bring you the best food possible, we will be making several food upgrades over the next few months. First, we now offer 3 blends of Holistic Dog & Cat Food. Our Holistic blends are a top rated dog food in the Whole Dog Journal! Secondly, we have added Oatmeal and Brown Rice to many of the Super Premium blends. The kibble may look just a little different, but the food is better than ever. There should not be any issues with transitioning. If you have any questions or concerns please give me a call. Our complete ingredient summaries are on the website under ‘Our Food's’.
Delivery Days… We are now delivering to most areas Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. In addition, as always, we will make emergency deliveries so that no one goes hungry.
Kennel & Travel Bags... You might not be aware, but we can provide you with a bag with your pet's favorite food to take to a kennel or on a trip. It is the same size as the sample bag you received when you first tried our foods and we will deliver it with your regular order or when you need it.
Many of these new services above were suggested or requested by customers. So please keep the ideas coming!
